Alert – Work in progress swathing, (cutting and windrowing) of fields/crops adjacent to all paved surfaces at Franklin Field (f72). There will be equipment and personal swathing and bailing vegetation adjacent to or surrounding all paved surfaces of Franklin Field, in Elk Grove, CA daily from from 0800 to 1800 hrs PST. (Local Time) Swathing and bailing will be ongoing from May 4th through May 18th.

Swathing and Bailing uses large, agricultural equipment. This equipment may be working near any paved surface, including runways, taxiways and tarmac areas. Be alert to equipment upon approach or operating an aircraft on any pave surface at Franklin Field.
